Flapping their wings so light

Bats, bats, bats in the night

Spreading their wings and taking flight

Once upon a time there were two little bats, Bob and Betty. They lived in a cave deep in the woods and loved nothing more than exploring the night together. One day, Bob and Betty decided to take a night-time flight. So they spread their wings and flew into the dark night sky. It was a bit scary, but they were brave and enjoyed the feeling of the wind blowing through their fur. As they flew, Bob and Betty saw lots of amazing things. They saw stars twinkling in the night sky and the moon shining brightly. They also saw lots of shadows dancing around them as they flew. Finally, Bob and Betty reached a clearing in the woods. Here they could see the beauty of the night even better. They flew in circles and loops, enjoying themselves until the sun started to come up. When the sun came up, Bob and Betty flew back to their cave and went to sleep. They had had a wonderful night of adventure and exploration and would remember it for a long time.
